I will share with you a very simple way to enjoy malunggay
gabi/yam sliced (1/2 inch thickness)
1 small onion – sliced
fish heads (my favorite)
Boil 2 glasses of water.
Add gabi (yam) and onion
when the gabi is soft, add the fish heads (of course you may use the other parts of the fish also)
let it boil for 3-5 mins or until the fish is cooked
Add salt to taste
add malunggay. turn off the stove
you have your fish with malunggay. so simple. yet very delicious and nutritious.
