Mango coconut stick Bread with Virgin Coconut Oil
2 cups camote flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO)
1 cup mashed mango
1 cup crushed peanuts
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of cinnamon powder
Mix VCO and sugar. Beat eggs until light. Add to sugar and VCO mixture. Add mashed mango and blend to the creamed mixture..
Mix flour to the creamed mixture. Add nuts.
Bake in greased pan at 350 deg for 45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes clean.
