MALUNGGAY NOODLES
Ingredients: 2 ½ c flour
1 c malunggay leaves, dried
¾ c water
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
Procedure: 1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Knead until smooth and elastic.
3. Dust with flour and roll.
4. Extrude or cut.
5. Boil.
6. Rinse and drain.
Note: 1. If you dry after extruding or cutting, it is called “dried miki.”
2. If you fry after rinsing, it is called “pancit canton.”

di ko masasagot yan kasi kelangan pa niyan ng study. Sa govt agency yan ipinapa study like dost or bfad. or the simplest way is to make your own and stock it for a while then you will get an idea of it’s shelf life. I hope I helped you there.

wala talagang instruction kasi di ko alam eh. Baka naman pareho din sa VCO na ipa-pulp muna saka pipigain saka patitiningin saka mo i-scoop ang oil. Di ko talaga alam, wala pang nag se-share sa method.

halu po.. im planning to have malunggay noodle for my feasibilty study..can you help me find some facts?..for instance, ung shelf life and nutrition facts nya..also, kung pano ba sya tinatanim and basic ways para pangalagaan sya..we are to poduce this product on a larger scale..i am doing my researches,,nagbabakasakali lang po ako na baka makatulong din po kau.. salamat po in advance!!..

please check the website of treesforlife.org and moringafact.com. you will learn a lot about how to plant and propagate malunggay. As to shelf life and nutrition facts, since you will produce this in a large scale, dost can help you with that.

pahabol po pala,,, ano po ang pwedeng gawing alternative na gawin para ma dry ung malunggay leaves? katulad po kc sa panahon ngaun maulan,,, e malapit na po kc ung fud fest dito sa school nmin… please help namn po… reply back po sana agad kau

ilang grams po of malunggay noodles ang magagawa ng recipeng to? and ano po ang maaaring alternative sa pagpapatuyo ng malunggay leaves? katulad po kc ngayon maulan po ang panahon and malapit na po ang food fest dito sa school po namn and gagamitin ko po 2ng recipe na to… sana po magreply po kayo agad.. i haven’t tried doing this yet. but if you really want to know how much you can make out of it, you may experiment. Kung maulan, try to find the airiest place you can find in your house. You may even turn on the fan to keep the place airy. good luck.
