Yesterday I tried to make my own version of pure malunggay juice. I will call this Cristina’s Malunggay Juice. Here’s what I did:
1. Malunggay removed from stems
2. Malunggay in a blender. I mixed 1 cup leaves with 1 cup water.
3. Blended Malunggay
4. Finished Malunggay extract or juice
5. Another shot of the Malunggay extract (juice) with the pulp in the white measuring cup
I actually don’t know how much of this is ok to drink but I decided to drink a total of 1 glass the whole day yesterday. the rest were shared by my husband and youngest son.
Today, I prepared 3 cups of malunggay leaves. I decided to just drink half glass today. The rest of the extract I placed in the freezer for drinking tomorrow and the next day. That means if you are really busy, then you can prepare the juice one day and transfer the juice to small containers and then freeze them. in the morning just get one container, thaw it and then drink.
You may also do what I do with malunggay juice. I just mix it with filtered water cool in the fridge then drink. But don’t store in the fridge long. Be careful to watch your malunggay juice or water. If it turns a different color, like a little brownish, boy, throw that away. I’m telling you this since we don’t know what chemical reaction had happened there. Just wanna be careful.

what is the taste of that? thats delicious

what are the chemical reactions the malunggay if it is mixed with honey or from a cow’s milk!?
By: Iris Alon on July 23, 2008
at 2:14 pm
drynx:
You can try mixing malunggay juice with honey, milk or sugar. For me, I think you can do anything with it as long as its freshly prepared. I don’t know the shelf life of the juice. So, to be sure, just prepare what you can consume in a day.
Iris:
I don’t know anything about chemical reactions if the juice is mixed with honey or cow’s milk. I’m sorry, I am not a chemist just an ordinary home maker. I think you should experiment to find out.

Thanks

Gladys,
I blend mo ang putol putol na 6 pcs pandan leaves together with a few tablespoons of water. salain at ang extract gamitin mong flavoring, parang vanilla ang dating.

Yung pag gawa ng oil from malunggay seed wala ako idea. Pero baka dapat i press mo muna ang mga seeds then i pa settle muna then i filter. Pero in detail, di ko alam pano gawa oil from malunggay seeds

my new finding about malunggay is it helps to heal cold sores very fast. I had one yesterday and this morning I crushed a few leaves and applied to my lips. Voila! it opened up immediately. In just a few minutes, pain is gone.
Every year, about this time, I suffer from cold sore. It appears just a small blister than gets big and pops. From beginning to end its painful. Makirot! Today, I applied this morning now, I feel nothing. It really is a wonder plant.

welcome…welcome…welcome….
me recipe sa pastillas dito sa blog. pakihanap na lang. mas okay kung powdered na lang and ihalo mo. if you will just search my blog, you will get other ideas from some readers. check out the comments section too.
Ask ko lang what school do you go to.

Hi! Been surfing n the net about malunggay benefits on hair. Naghahanap kc ako ng home remedy for hair treatment kc mas cheaper and safe. Odorless kc kaya mas comfortable to put it on hair when ur outside sa house, ung maraming tao. Do u have procedure how to do it?
By: Bevz on February 24, 2009

I tried mixing malunggay juice sa mga hair products ko, like hair spray and hair leave in conditioner which i made it here at home lng, kc sabi sa isang artcle dito sa net, it helps promote hair growth and it has rich sources of vit a, b, c, and e, and marami pang ibang nutrients. Hehe im putting vit c na pinolvorize ko and e rin for adding nutrients to my hair

If you want just drink the juice diluted with water with a little sugar or honey.
Don’t push yourself too much. Inom lang ng kaya mo. Take it slow.
Good luck, Cris

This is so cool! I’ve been searching more alternatives for myself, because I’m suffering being overweight. I ate a lots more of sugars these past 2 weeks; chocolates, caramels, ice creams etc. . I’m worried about my sugar level and being overweight. And, I want to be healthy!
I heard this moringa can cure obesity & diabetes, even though I don’t have those illnesses, I just want to make sure that I’m still healthy. What’s on my mind is, ” It doesn’t require to be pricey to get healthy.”
Thank you, Cris!

joan,
a neighbor told me that her relative had a bleeding ulcer and this is what cured him. However, what applies to one person may not apply to everyone. I suggest you get a doctor’s advise. Please visit gonatural.com.ph and ask doctor emil aligui if what you’re doing is right. I am not a doctor and cannot in anyway say that a long term use is not bad. Please visit also treesforlife.org and check out their moringa presentation to know the benefits of moringa and why you start to feel better after a few days of drinking it.
But personally, I am for moringa not because it is a fad but because it helps me. I also have a medical condition and I realized that even dried moringa is good. I put 1 heaping teaspoon in a mug, pour hot water and drink like tea. However, I don’t strain the solids. I drink everything. I don’t wanna throw away what is good. I take this two times a day. I think, I need to make it three times a day to finally eliminate this medical condition.
I’ve also read that green vegetables have this Vit K property which helps in the healing process. Please research on this also.
Please let me know the developments. my email is crisonthesidelines@gmail.com

Usahay man gud wala na tay time mangita ug magharos ug kamunggay. diha maayo na maghimo pud ka ug kamunggay powder kay anytime, anywhere, puede.
